Nathalie Lambert
Olympic medalist and physical activity specialist
Nathalie Lambert has had a brilliant career in speed skating, participating in three Olympic
Games and winning four medals, including gold in 1992. She has also earned several world championship
titles. Nathalie’s career in Communications began while she was still skating competitively;
collaborating on several television shows such as Coup de Pouce and C’est ma vie. Having earned a
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, she trained as a speed skater for over 22 years. Nathalie
has been the Director of Marketing and Communications at the MAA (Montreal Athletic Club) since 1999
and has participated as a fitness expert in several conferences over the last 10 years. Last year,
Nathalie published her first book, “Le plaisir de bouger”, and produced dance-fitness DVDs, the first
of which, “Cardio Latino”, is currently experiencing great success. The 2nd DVD, “Cardio Fever”, was
released this past September 25.
