1/2 cup (125 ml) plain yogurt

1/2 cup (125 ml) quark or fresh cheese

1/3 cup (75 ml) salsa

2 tbsp (30 ml) (or to taste) fresh cilantro, chopped fine

Salt to taste
Preparation

Stir all ingredients together well and let the dips sit in the fridge for a bit to let flavours blend.
