I eat a lot of rice and pasta and mostly walk everywhere except to work. also, when i want something sweet, i snack on frozen berries(raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)

I have two purebred doberman pincher puppies that will be one year old the third week of April, and I go for a walk with them three times a day seven days a week. Some walks are short, just twenty minutes out and then back. Sometimes we go for a long time, (hours) and I bring treats,and water for them and also for me, we each carry a backpack, with our own supplies. I also include my camera in case I have opportunity to take special shots.
