This may sound crazy but --getting ready in the morning takesa long time. Blow drying long hair is a 15 minute ordeal. I pass the time by doing squats and yoga poses (tree). It allows me to add some exercise into my morning routine that I don't have time for traditionally.

i make up a batch of meusli at the beginning of each week and keep it in the fridge. it is ready to eat at any time..... just fill your bowl and breakfast is served!!

Even if you can't get your full 1/2 half hour a day in walking you can do it in 10 min. intervals, and don't forget house work counts as being active.

rather than having 2 or 3 large meals in a day, have 6 small meals every day. Also get lots of exercise.

You should always eat breakfast to help you maintain a healthy weight. You'll will find it easier to control your over-eating later in the day if you start your day with a good breakfast.

I find that if I make sure that I eat everything as recomended in Canada's food guide in correct portions and amounts I really do not have a lot of room left over for junk and snacks.
