I find that having a healthy breakfast definitely starts my day off better. My breakfast is usually 3/4 cup of hot porridge with raisins cooked with 3/4 milk. It is really creamy and I sometimes add 1 tsp brown sugar, vanilla yogurt or apple sauce for a change. I'm sure my adult children do the same at their house.

I eat fruit and Protein every morning. Cottage cheese and fruit has made the difference for me. At 58 it is difficult to maintain your weight. It also keeps me bright for the morning.

EAT BREAKFAST: It's very simple. break fast, that means eat. If you eat it starts your engine , gets you going. A vehicle won't run without fuel, you won't either. The better fuel you use, the better you preform. It's that easy.

I think it is very important to have a good balanced breakfast. I could not face my daily duties unless I have my breakfast.I think it is the most important meal of the day as it gives you the energy for the whole day. My favourite breakfast is orange juice ,cereal , whole wheat toast and a hot beverage. I prefer a good cup of coffee. Sadie Louis
