Sometimes I don't have much time for breakfast, so I'll make a fruit smoothie with bananas, strawberries, blueberries, milk and a little frozen yogourt. I not only get a good portion of my daily intake of fruit and dairy but it's very tasty and filling as well. Plus I can always take it with me if I'm in a rush.

We usually prepare our breakfast the night before and put them on the table. (Not the milk and other refrigerated items). We found that sometimes the very act of having to pull dishes out, cereal, or frying pans or what ever actually made us lazy to skip breakfast. We now have a recipe for what is commonly called "Wife Saver" which is a casserole type of baked dish prepared the night before, then placed in the oven for 35 or so minutes to cook. The dish consists of layers of bread, ham, chees

Without a healthy breakfast, I don't have the energy to work out at the gym and the pool five times a week. Oatmeal with fruit and milk is a great way to energize my body to exercise.
