I make an omelet with 1 egg and 2 whites or 1 cup egg substitute, chop in peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes and protein-turkey bacon, ham -whatever to taste, microwave in a omelet pan, sprinkle with a little cheese. Then eat as is or on wrap or whole wheat toast. Keeps me full for hours.
