Always remember that having breakfast can stop you from snacking before lunchtime.A simple bowl of fruit or cereral with milkcan curb the desire to reach for something unhealthy to fill you up.Be aware it may be loaded with fat and may very well make you feel tired instead of energized and the day is only half over!

It's important to eat breakfast everyday and then eat at least 3 to 4 smaller meals a day. I know that I will never be super thin but I feel healthy.

you should always be in the habit of eating breakfast, it will kick start your metabolism, skipping breakfast and waiting until lunch to have your first meal will only slow down your metabolism. so by thinking of skipping breakfast to lose weight cause you think your eating less in fact will help you gain weight. it will only slow down your metabolism

I make an omelet with 1 egg and 2 whites or 1 cup egg substitute, chop in peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes and protein-turkey bacon, ham -whatever to taste, microwave in a omelet pan, sprinkle with a little cheese. Then eat as is or on wrap or whole wheat toast. Keeps me full for hours.

My favorite breakfast takes me less than 5 minutes to make. 2/3 cut large flake oatmeal - add one cup water and microwave for 3 minutes on high Add cinnamon to desired taste one tablespoon sunflower seeds 4-5 pitted dates 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter Stir until peanut butter has melted Top with 1/2 cup skim milk Delicious!!!
