Not sure if this is under the right theme or not... But I and my child have cut all soft drinks from our diet...we both have dropped in weight. I have lost a good 10 pounds since drinking smarter choices. I try to drink more water throughout the day, and rather than soft drinks we go for juice or milk

I have found that drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water every day helps me keep healthy and eat properly. Often, when we crave food or think we are hungry, it is because our body is thirsty. Drinking water helps your body work properly.
