I walk at leasr 2 miles every day and do the exercise bike for 6 miles. I have weights to strengthen my arms and shoulders.

My mom, sister and I joined a gym together. We try to go together so when one of us doesn't feel like going that day, one of us is always pushing the others to go. A buddy is the best way to make sure you always get your exercise and have someone share it with.

Every day I make a point of going for three brisk walks, each a minimum of 2 kms. I try to walk farther to add to the distance.

I walk from my workplace to my children's school to pick them up every day. It's a forty minute walk, half of which is uphill, so it feels like a good workout and it gives me more energy + the satisfaction of knowing that I have been active.

I joined a local gym! Being for "Ladie's Only" really makes me feel comfortable going there. And as well, there are No fancy workout clothes required!
