I believe that if you nurture good habits, you can lose weight, and maintain a good weight. Many years ago, I met a lady who I worshipped, and watched her eating habits, and tried to mimac them. It was successful as I lost 45 pounds. I only ate when I was hungry, not to feed my emotions, and it has worked ever since.
