Either for entertaining, or in packed lunches, I often combine plain yogurt with a little caesar or ranch dressing to serve as a dip with veggies. Much lower in fat than sour cream, and I love watching the reaction when people ask for the recipe - they can't believe they're eating healthy snacks!
